What's offered

Ways to work together

01

Individual Supervision

One-to-one supervision for clinicians developing competence in MBT or seeking to bring a more consistently mentalizing stance to complex work. Sessions may focus on formulation, intervention, therapeutic process, clinician affect, and the moments when curiosity becomes difficult to maintain.

02

Group Practice Consultation

Consultation for practice leaders developing a coherent clinical culture, stronger supervision structures, and a shared mentalization-informed approach across the team. (For multi-agency and systems-level work, see Organizational Consultation.)

03

Case Consultation

Focused consultation on complex cases involving risk, clinical impasse, or difficult relational dynamics — bringing an MBT lens to formulation, risk, and the relational dynamics that drive clinical difficulty. Available on an ongoing or single-session basis.

Three distinct ways to hold the work.
